How to Register

Instructions     

  • Download Registration Form from above

  • Please enter data in the pink boxes applicable for your team.

  • Save spreadsheet file as "Gym Name 2017". For example "Midwest Training 2017"

  • Create email titled "Team Registration - Your Gym Name"

  • Send email to : MTICgymnastics@gmail.com by 11/15/16 for half price team fees and no later than 12/5/16 for meet entry deadline.

  • Mail payment by to:

Entry Fees

  • Compulsory, Xcel Silver / Gold = $85

  • Optional , Xcel Platinum / Diamond = $100

  • Team: $50 per team
    * 50% off team fee if registered prior to 11/15/16

 

Entry Deadline: December 5, 2016 

  • If entry is postmarked after December 5, 2016 a late fee is required.

  • Late Fee: $5 per gymnast (space available only)  

  • No refunds after 12/12/16

 

Spectator Fee

  • $10.00 for Adults

  • $5.00 for Kids 6-12

  • Free for Kids 5 and under
